Introduction

Skyforce attaches great importance to privacy issues. You have the right to know how we collect, use, and disclose information. This privacy policy sets out our practices regarding the information we collect.

PERSONAL DATA

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), European legislation, personal data is information that identifies an individual. This includes, in particular, name, address, email address, phone number, and any other element defined as personal data, such as an IP address.

SCOPE

This privacy policy explains how we manage personal data collected via our website or other channels (events, trade fairs, or data received from third parties) when we act as the data controller.

Please read this policy carefully before submitting your personal data. This will help you understand how we use your data once collected. You are not obliged to submit personal data when visiting our site. If you do not want us to process your data, do not submit it.

However, without your personal data, some services (online forms, document downloads, demo requests) will not be accessible.

By submitting personal information or using this site, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information from data subjects from various sources.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

This is information received directly from the data subject via online forms (contact, downloads, appointments, demos, etc.):

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company/organization on whose behalf the request is made

Additional information may be requested (company size, role, etc.). We limit our requests to what is necessary to process your request and pursue our legitimate interest: contacting you to meet your needs.

INFORMATION FROM THE PUBLIC DOMAIN

This includes information found in publicly accessible resources (LinkedIn, company websites, public internet sources). We may combine this with the information you provide.

INFORMATION COLLECTED VIA COOKIES

This concerns your internet habits (IP address, pages visited, geolocation, language, source). We collect this data via cookies. Read our cookie policy for more details.
This information remains anonymous unless you identify yourself by submitting a form.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

CONSENT OF THE DATA SUBJECT

By submitting an online form, the person agrees to transmit their data to Skyforce in accordance with this policy.

EXECUTION OR PREPARATION OF A CONTRACT

We may process your data without explicit consent when necessary for the performance or preparation of a contract (e.g., providing a quote).

LEGITIMATE INTEREST

The GDPR states that direct marketing constitutes a legitimate interest. We use this for:

1. CONTACTING INDIVIDUALS WHO SUBMITTED AN ONLINE FORM

Our sales team follows up on requests via phone, email, or LinkedIn. Clients may receive e-newsletters (features, events, blog) if the info is deemed useful. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in every email.

2. CONTACTING POTENTIAL PROSPECTS

Our sales team identifies companies where Skyforce can add value using public sources. If personal data (e.g., a manager’s name) is found, it may be processed to introduce our services. These individuals will never receive automated direct marketing without consent and retain all their rights.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

Clients: Duration of the contract + legal periods.
Non-clients: Deleted if inaccurate or upon request. If there is no activity for 5 years, data is erased.
Candidates: CVs and data are kept for 5 years after the application.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission. However, due to the open nature of the internet, Skyforce cannot be held responsible for the security of your data transmission over the network.
